Reinder Schonewille

Reinder Schonewille has an academic (international) business studies background and developed himself from being a marketing consultant to an inspiring team and organization developer in change management projects.

Working for Ernst & Young Consulting, he worked on marketing strategy and commercials challenges, and creating a customer focus in product driven organizations. For all marketing projects he analyzed the client’s backgrounds to develop new market opportunities and used ‘soft communication skills’ to get the findings across to management and related departments.

Since 2003 Reinder supports managers and their teams in change management programs. With his company “Happy Workplays” and in team with his international colleagues Reinder creates an inspiring work environment to accomplish the organizational goals. His vision is: ‘happy people’ will cause ‘happy results’. He works with Best Year Yet, the Biocentric Principle, Appreciative Inquiry and Open Space Technology, and develops fun-damental business programs and trainings on demand. He generates conversations to get to the fundamental issues and inspires people to create value and results for all stakeholders, create inspiring plans for action and he makes sure a disciplined follow up structure takes place to make sure: great performance by inspiration
